Audio Issues

If you're unable to hear the sound of the videos:

1. Tap the volume icon on the lower right-hand corner of the video player and adjust it according to your preference. 

If you're on mobile, you can adjust the volume settings using the volume buttons of your device or the volume control when watching in full screen.

2. If the sound works for other sites like YouTube but not for our courses, please try using a different browser. 

3. If the sound doesn't work on other sites, please check your audio device. 

If the music is too loud, please try using a different audio device. You can also Enable Subtitles by tapping the CC icon on the lower right-hand corner of the video.
